Indicators Description

The description files contain all the information needed in order to apply the indicators to the object of evaluation and area they belong to. The structure of the files varies slightly depending on whether the indicators are quantitative or qualitative.

Qualitative indicators

Qualitative indicators are shown in a similar file. However, in this case, there is no formula, and the assessment has to be made using identifications in various orientative scenarios that aid in placing them on a scale of 0 al 9. In each scenario (except in the case of "absent") there is a choice of three positions (one below, one central and one above) according to whether users identify fully with, slightly below or slightly above the situation described.

Actions take place in the aim being evaluated. Data is available and the indicator can be correctly applied. Analysis of data shows that work towards the aim being evaluated is consolidated and stable. Most forecast actions have been carried out for the aim to be met. Data is available that means the indicator can be fully applied, and the results obtained lead to the conclusion that progress is advanced or completed regarding the evaluated object.
